We offer three convenient ways to make rent payments.

Pay Online

A variety of convenient and secure online payment options are available:

  • eCheck (100% free to you!)
    Enter your routing and account number through your online portal to make a payment directly from a checking or savings account. Note: the routing number is a nine-digit number that can be found printed before the account number on your personal checks. If you don’t know your routing number, contact your bank. 
  • Credit or Debit Card
    Use your debit or credit card to make a payment. A convenience charge based on the amount will apply.

Make a one-time payment or set up auto-pay

  • Sign in to your Renter’s Portal.
    Don’t have an account? Create One
  • On the Home tab, you can view your outstanding balance and other account details.
  • Select Pay Now to make a one-time payment, or select Set Up Autopay to create recurring payments. 
  • Select whether you’d like to make a direct payment from your bank account (eCheck), or if you’d like to pay by debit/credit card.
  • eCheck payments are free to you. Debit and credit card payments carry a non-refundable convenience fee. This fee will be added to your total when processing your payment. See the FAQ for more information about this fee. 

Complete Payment and Receive Confirmation

  • Pay Now: Once you’ve successfully submitted your payment you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you have not successfully submitted your payment.
    Note: a confirmation email does not indicate that your payment has successfully cleared your bank account, just that it has been received for processing. 
  • Set up Autopay: Once you’ve provided the necessary information and submitted your autopay request, you will receive a confirmation email each month on the day the payment is processed. 

Pay by Cash

If online payment isn’t an option for you, you can make a cash payment at hundreds of convenient locations. Cash payments are accepted at various 7-Eleven, CVS, Ace Cash Express or Casey’s General Store locations. Your cash payment is immediately applied to your outstanding balance.

Note: A $3.99 transition fee applies; $1,500 maximum per transaction.

Get started

Cash Payments:

  1. Contact us to request a unique and reusable PaySlip. It will be emailed to you, and may be reused any time you’d like to make a cash payment in the future.
  2. To find the nearest participating location, visit paynearme.com/locations
  3. Take your PaySlip and cash payment to your preferred location and present them to the clerk. Make sure to retain your receipt as proof of payment. 
  4. Your payment will be immediately credited to your account!

Please Note:

  • There is a $3.99 processing fee for each transaction, with a $1,500 limit per transaction. You may make multiple payments at the same time if needed, but the $3.99 fee will apply to each transaction.
  • You may use the same PaySlip any time you make a cash payment.
  • When making a cash payment, you’ll be given a receipt with a confirmation number as proof of your payment. You’ll also receive a confirmation text or email. If we don’t have a current phone number or email for you, please contact the property management office to update your information.

Pay by Cheque

If Online or Cash payments do not work for you, we still accept a mailed in check:

We accept checks mailed to the address below. Please remember that mail delivery can take a few days, and your payment will not be marked as received until it arrives. Please plan accordingly, and if you need to make a faster payment please use one of the other options.
