Here at Golden Bee Management we are working hard to keep your family safe while still providing the highest quality of service. Due to the nature of this crisis, requirements are constantly changing. Please check this page for updates.


In accordance with the passing of California AB-3088, approved by Governor Newsom the information on this page has been updated to reflect the law effective August 31, 2020. All tenants who had amounts due from March 2020 through August 2020 were served notifications with detailed information on how the new law works and the requirements for tenants to continue to defer rent.

Things to Know:

  • There are two time periods for deferral of rent:
    • March 2020 through August 2020; and
    • September 2020 through January 2021.
  • Each time period above has different rules for deferring rent.
  • If a tenant is served with a 15-Day Notice they MUST return the attached declaration page in a timely manner in order to continue to lawfully defer their rent. (Sample declaration Notice).
  • In order to avoid eviction for non-payment tenants must send a declaration for March 2020 through August 2020 before the 15 [business] days have elapsed.
